Here goes.........nothing

Blogs are as pervasive as email by now, I guess. However, i'm not exactly Johnny come lately, who's just discovered blogs and finds it cool to blog. I'm private to the point of being paranoid and loved my privacy too much to start a blog, notwithstanding how much I wanted to get on the soapbox and air my views along with just about everybody. No matter how much assurance there is of anonymity, we all know nothing's really anonymous or private once on the web! Also, i'm a fraidy cat! However, the temptation to try it has become too much. So, here goes nothing. Hello to the web world!
